Extractives in Mozambique - research capacity in Portugues
Hi Goxaians,
IBIS are considering doing a research of a mine in Mozambique focusing on the fiscal side of teh mining - contracts, tax payments, other contributions to the government, etc. Are anyone aware of experienced Portugues speaking consultants who would be able to carry out such a research? And even have experiences in turning it into a strong advocacy report?
