About My Work
I am a globally experienced manager, strategist and consultant dedicated to enhancing the Social Performance of organisations in both the public and private sector, particularly in the extractive industries.

My dedication to extractives industries governance is inspired by my experience of managing socio-economic development projects at the grassroots level in west Africa and Asia and witnessing the immense potential for business to positively influence sustainable growth and provide concrete benefits for project-affected communities.

Having worked in Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America at environmental consultancies, the United Nations, NGOs, and socio-economic research centres, I thrive in cross-cultural, high-energy, and team-oriented environments.

I have managed, trained and motivated a team of over 20 staff and 30 contractors to implement socio-economic development projects under highly challenging and time-sensitive circumstances.

I have a proven track record in building trust and mutually beneficial relationships between private and public stakeholders.
