With over 15 years experience in comparative international economic policy analysis, I have specialized in responding to needs of policy makers in the areas of trade and economic development policy. I formulate relevant policy issues, carry out and drive policy research, synthesize findings and draft policy recommendations. My analysis is often comparative and has a global reach. Recent projects include analyses of mining sector development and regulation in Botswana (diamonds) and Chile (copper). Previous work includes analysis of impacts of export restrictions on metals and minerals markets.
