DRC has awarded PSAs on Lake Albert to Caprikat and Foxwhelp. The Guardian reports that BVI registered Caprikat and Foxwhelp are owned by Khulubuse Zuma (a member of the South African president's family). Can you send me a bio or something that tells me how I could tap into your knowledge? I think I have understood you are not a lawyer and that you examine the worth of oil companies?
But could you talk to me about cost implications in contracting? For example, if I bring up issues of revenue sharing (b/t govt and co. for a deal) could you map out for me trends of how this is done and discuss why some deals are better than others for all parties and the trade offs of my ideas on how this could be done while being responsive to Human Rights issues?
