About My Work
I am a project finance attorney with a masters in development studies. I focus on private sector finance in developing countries, project finance and public private partnerships. I have a strong Interest in the economic development of developing countries and sustainable finance. I have lectured in project finance at the London School of Economics and have undertaken legislative reform work in the minerals sector in Sierra Leone and have advised civil society groups on the new mining code in Guinea.

I have experience in high value contract drafting, analysis and negotiation. Excellent project management and organisation skills and communication skills. I have provided legal advise to multiple stakeholders including governement, private and public sector clients and civil society.
My areas of interest include sustainable finance, mining contracts, business and human rights and private sector engagement in development finance. I have lectured on stabilisation clauses.

My goal is to use my skills and experience to ensure host governments and citizens obtain a fair deal when entering into international investment contracts in the extractive industry sector.

I can speak French and Gujarati.
