About My Work
Know Africa Research Consultants (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic consultancy specialising in tailored research, analysis and training. Our services can be shaped suit to individuals, groups or companies. We tailor our services to suit our client’s needs and can work on projects of all sizes.

Key Services

Tailored Research Packages and Reports
In African countries, achieving business success requires in-depth knowledge of the country’s socio-political functioning. We compile research and analysis packages that are tailored to address the specific contingencies of the African country, region or local environment within which our clients operate. These reports typically address issues such as:

• Regional and national political overviews and analysis
• Local political overviews and analysis
• Identification of local cultural frameworks, highlighting their local business cultures
• Historical context with analysis of implications for business operations
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation
• Community and business relationship analysis
• Media monitoring and analysis

Research packages can be presented as either briefings or as written reports. Written reports can also be used as a component of feasibility studies.

African Cross-Cultural Training
Cultural misunderstandings can result in the loss of business. Know Africa offers cross-cultural training that helps our clients avoid such misunderstandings and, ultimately, clinch the deal. Depending on requirements, this training can include the business etiquette of various African countries and regions, understanding specific cultural frameworks, and general cultural dos and don’ts.
