Dear Kristian, as I am separating from the IMF at the end of January 2017, I am updating my various contacts, including belatedly accepting this GOXI friend request. I will take some time to decide what I will be doing next, but some work in the natural resource/fiscal transparency area is quite possible. Besides Washington, my base will be in Limburg-The Netherlands. My personal email is opdebeke.anton@gmail.com. Best of luck, Anton
