Responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality Technical services and projects implementation to the Working Communities through Projects implementation and General management of SSF, including the following:
Providing Capacity Building and OD support for SSF, Partners and other Civil society Organisations to engage in Health and Socio-economic issues
Helping SSF in achieving community recognition and leadership in Reproductive Health education, STI & HIV & AIDS control and management
Ensuring that both SSF and partners operate in reasonably agreed budget by monitoring project activity trend and client’s projections to prepare project forecast
Promoting Organisation Development (OD) & Change as a tool in Management and Local Economic Development
Contribute to team development and motivation of both SSF’s and Partner’s employees training programmes, providing on-the-job coaching, sharing of experience and promoting standards of ethical behaviour.
Safety Health and Environmental related issues of Personnel and property.
Periodic Inspection and auditing, Training and Induction of employees / Partners
Development and management of corporate Reports to Partners, Budget development and financial management and analysis.
Liaison between Board of Directors, Partners and Employees
Grow a quality culture through supporting complaint handling systems and implementing measurement techniques to monitor project improvement
Facilitate local, regional, national and international communication channels and coordinating systems through Health, Environment and Development Forums
Identifying client and partner needs, for which relevant and achievable projects are defined and executed
