A working paper recently published by the Washington DC based Center for Global Development argues that Uganda’s future oil revenues should be distributed equally, in cash, to all Ugandan citizens.

I am working with ActionAid to develop a website and print newsletter providing regular, timely, accurate and clear information on the social, economic and environmental dimensions of Uganda’s oil and gas exploration and production. This will be aimed a decision takers and opinion makers in Uganda’s central and local government (including public officials and elected office holders), parliament, media, policy and academic research community, and civil society.
