Conflict Resolution Professional – Mediator – Solutions oriented problem solver
As the Program Manager for ACCESS Facility, Sarah Daitch collaborates with partners across sectors to initiate and deliver projects, supports a global network of mediators, works with partners to develop mediation training, and raises awareness for mediation as a tool to help companies, communities and governments find better ways of working together to prevent and resolve conflict.
Prior to joining the ACCESS Facility, Sarah developed an independent practice as a mediator, facilitator and public policy consultant. Her clients included Canadian territorial governments, and US conflict resolution organizations RESOLVE and the Consensus Building Institute. She facilitated multi stakeholder collaborative processes in health, education and natural resources. A member of the civil dispute roster with Mediate BC, Sarah’s mediation experience includes small business and civil disputes, and dispute resolution cases for Canadian sport organizations.
Sarah is a former member of Canada’s national cross-country ski team, and was raised in Indigenous communities in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
