Mining Shared Value is an Engineers Without Borders Canada-supported venture that works to improve the development impacts of mining activity in developing regions. We work to increase local procurement of goods and services by mining projects to achieve this goal. We act as an independent hub of activity, compiling and creating resources, connecting practitioners, and championing the cause of local procurement to CSR standard setters.
