Dear Goxians,

My colleagues and I at NRGI just published a report on DRC's mining code reform. We demonstrate that there is no need for the reform process to be stalled because of conflicting views on the fiscal regime: there is ample room for a revision of the code that would respond to concerns from investors, government officials and civil society.
