Featured member - Kwabena Ata Mensah

Kwabena Ata Mensah is currently a PhD Researcher at Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy of the University of Dundee (CEPMLP), a world-renowned Institution of high level multidisciplinary academic research and training in the fields of Natural resources law, policy and management.

Kwabena's past experience has involved regional and near mine mineral exploration, specifically the creation and management of field teams on the verification and evaluation of grassroots to advanced stage exploration programmes across Anglophone and Francophone West Africa and other parts of Africa. These have focused  mostly on Archaen greenstone terrain for several precious and bulk metals .

His current special areas of interest are research and development on the impact of linkages from FDI in the extractive industries on the growth of host communities and national economies at large.
