Sure, the discoveries of oil and gas been made in several countries within East Africa should encourage collaboration in the development of East African oil and gas infrastructure. However, this should be handled cautiously to avoid laying a very expensive pipeline infrastructure for transporting natural from one point to another point which has enough of its nearest which is yet to be discovered.
