Both Malawi and Tanzania are countries that have always done Africa proud in terms of wanting the best for their people. Now is the time for leadership to honor their respective people by serving national interest and not personal egos. They should be inspired by the way they both exploited the lake Malawi/Nyasa fish (to its near depletion) for decades without ever jeopardizing their relationship. It's unbelievable what oil fever can do! DRC and Angola also have a similar border dispute in the Atlantic Ocean and I bet there are few more of those elsewhere in Africa. SADC must ensure this dispute is settled in a manner that sets a positive precedent in the Southern Africa region.
