Be sure to chat to the Commissioner for Minerals (Paul Masanja) and the Assistant Commissioner for Minerals-Licensing and Mineral Registry Management (John Nayopa) at the Ministry of Energy and Minerals about their new mining cadastre portal that allows industry to apply for licenses, upload reports and make payments online. It will also integrate geo-data for download and purchase.
