Requiring the Companies to also publish all large scale Mineral Development Contracts they secure in the global mining industry is additional enabling of populations and their Parliaments in mineral rich developing countries to know the payments of mineral revenues the Companies would pay them through their Governments. This knowledge enables populations and their Parliaments in the mineral rich developing countries to make a close follow-up and ensure the Companies are paying them their shares of mineral revenues prescribed in the Mineral Development Contracts timely and accordingly.
