It sounds good for doing business as cost will greatly reduce for applicants, but in my opinion the 'security' of DRC will be compromised when it comes to sustainable management of the country's natural resources. Access to the cadastral portal should be centrally managed so as to control which companies are allocated mining rights for nation's strategic reasons. DRC being in a sorry state gives world bank and their cliques to have such a honeymoon. AFRICA RISE UP.

Sounds all right. Having a mining cadaster system is great, but how best will the public have access to the information. Does DRC also have an online repository system like we do in Sierra Leone.
